Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management tool, which will give you complete authority over your email mailboxes and newsletters. With this user-friendly user interface, you can set up a brand new e-mail box account in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Furthermore, you can redirect electronic mails from one e-mailbox account to another, finetune e-mail filters, create autoresponders and secure your email mailboxes against junk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your e-mail boxes against junk mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unrequested messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your e-mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given email account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for sorting your incoming electronic mail messages according to certain criteria defined by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can easily set up a mail filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and select the mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mails from one email box account to another, or even to several other e-mail box accounts. Simply specify the electronic mail account you would like to redirect email messages from, then choose the destination email mailbox and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly set up the electronic mail client of your choice to access your e-mailbox accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you would like to set up on your PC or cellular phone and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple e-mailboxes simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to quickly create an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will take care of the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email box - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
